THE brief
Sara Stiens, owner and licensed esthetician, has been providing high quality, personalized beauty and wellness services for over 10 years. She opened her shop in Maryville, MO in 2014 and is always happy to help women look and feel their best. She is best known for her luxurious hydrafacials, brow shaping, and Brazilian waxing. Whether you’re looking for a rejuvenating chemical peel or the famous hydrafacial, her spa utilizes highly effective products and an excellent quality of care that’s sure to leave your skin feeling revitalized and nourished. You can also shop spa quality skincare products from toners to moisturizes to masks and everything in between, so you can bring the spa home to build your perfect skin care routine.
Sara’s old website was outdated and lacked organization and e-commerce functionalities. She was having trouble with her point of sale system and needed something that she could quickly and easily manage alongside her busy schedule. We transferred her website over to Shopify and built a high quality user experience with product organization and an appointment booking integration.

Behind the Design
Sara came to me with an established logo, but her brand lacked depth with only one primary logo to work with and an outdated black, white and gold color palette. She wanted her brand to feel more natural and earthy, so I developed a new color palette, matching fonts, and created some alternate logos to expand her brand usage and interest.
