THE brief
Veronica’s love of baking stems back to her childhood when her and her mother would prepare delicious cakes, cookies, breads, desserts and so much more. When she developed a food allergy, their passion was abruptly halted. However, instead of giving up on her love of baking, Veronica instead founded Unbound Bakery - allergen friendly breads + sweets made to order. All her items are free of wheat, dairy, eggs, soy gluten & peanuts and made with allergen free bakeware.
Made fresh in Kansas City, Missouri, she has been spreading joy and comfort to anyone who tries her items and loves being able to accommodate dietary restrictions to give everyone the freedom to eat her food. Veronica wanted a brand that felt handmade and creative to establish trust and brand recognition with her customers online and at markets.

Behind the Design
Our focus was on simple design that communicated a freedom from allergen sensitivities, giving nearly everyone the possibility of enjoying her delicious baked goods. Veronica mentioned loving florals for her personal brand and wanted to be able to convey a sense of openness, creativity and flexibility with her bakery.
